Yes! We offer full floral design and themed décor services to match your event’s aesthetic. Whether you prefer elegant, romantic, or modern jazz-inspired designs, our in-house floral and design team will make sure every detail is picture-perfect.

Question 3: Can you design and print event flyers or promotional materials?

Absolutely. Our creative design team can create custom flyers, digital invitations, and event signage to help you promote your event in style. Ask about our flyer design package when you book your venue.

Question 4: What’s included in the venue rental package?

Each rental includes access to our performance stage, sound system, lighting, tables and chairs, and a dedicated event coordinator. You can also add extras like live jazz entertainment, catering, photography, or floral and flyer design services.

Question 5: How far in advance should I book my event?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and allow time for customization of décor and promotional materials. Popular weekends and holidays tend to fill up quickly, so early reservations are encouraged.

Question 6: How do I book the venue for my event?

You can book your date directly through our event calendar below. Simply select your preferred date and time, fill in your event details, and our event coordinator will confirm availability within 24 hours.

Yes! We encourage all clients to schedule a private tour. You’ll be able to explore the layout, stage area, seating options, and décor possibilities.

Question 9: Is a deposit required to reserve my date?

Our minimum booking time is 2 hours. You will be billed a non refundable deposit at the time of booking that will be credited to your total balance at the time you complete payment.

Question 10: What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

We understand plans can change. You can reschedule up to 14 days before your event at no cost. Cancellations made within 7 days may incur a fee depending on services reserved. Your non refundable deposit will be held in the event of any cancelation.
